It's Party Time!!

Well over at Late Night Stampers it is.

This fortnight we have a Party Time themed challenge, and we would love to see you enter something. It is such a broad theme which means you could do lots of different things.
See my little bit of inspiration below.

Polka Dot Parade DSP

I just love the Polka Dot Parade DSP and when I saw that the theme was Party Time, I knew what paper I was going to use straight away. I decided to make a suite of matching party items. There is a party hat, invitation, party bag and cupcake toppers. How cute would these be for your little ones 1st Birthday. They could be tailored for any birthday, ohhh they are sooo cute.

The Top 3 Things I Love About Being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Simply Stampin

 Hi everyone,

Today I thought I would share with you my top 3 things I love about what I do. And show you some of the fantastic things I have made along the way.

1. Being Creative - I have loved creating since I was a small child. My love for craft in all its forms started when  I was a teenager. One school holidays I was staying at my grandparents house is a small coastal town on the NSW South Coast. My gran was a prolific knitter and macrame maker at the time. I remember she needed to go to her local craft store to get more wool so I tagged along. I was in awe. I didn't know where to look and what to try first. So I settled on a small x-stitch. That was the beginning of a wonderful lifetime filled with craft. I was drawn to the papercraft side of things when I had my first child and started scrapbooking. Now craft is my job and I absolutely love it. I love the fact that I get to do everyday what I love and am passionate about. If you want to be  your own boss and live the creative life, make sure you contact me to find out how.

2. Sharing - When I was at school I always wanted to be a teacher. Things happened along the way and it never came to be. But  now with Stampin' Up! I get to put the teachers hat on and share with others what I make. I love seeing the faces of people who have always thought they did not have a crafty bone in their body. To see them complete something and look at it in wonder and be completely in awe at how easy it was, never fails to make me happy.  The enthusiasm on their faces when they realise the potential of what they can achieve is contagious. I just love it. If you want to join any of my classes, feel free to contact me, and you too can create wonderful items to share with others.

3. Selling Fantastic Product - Did you know that Stampin' Up! has been in business for 25 years? And do you know why? Because they are always on trend and sell top quality products. Every catalogue that comes out has the latest on trend designs and fantastic  new products. Opening a new catalogue is like all your Christmas's have come at once. I fell in love with the products and it didn't take too much convincing for me to join up.  If you want to know more, just contact me.

Oh and I just have to add one more point......

4. Doing business your way - Stampin' Up! is such a relaxed company. You can do business your way. There is no push to sell, sell, sell or recruit new members. How you run your business is totally up to you. You could choose to just buy  the products at a discount for your personal use, and thats ok. You could choose to do a few classes here and there, and thats ok. Or you could have a rip roaring go and make a healthy and profitbale business, and thats ok. The flexibiltiy is great, and the support from head office is just fantastic. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, then make sure to contact me today.

    Happy Father's Day

    Hi everyone,

For all my Australian followers who may think that I have lost my marbles, I offer you an explanation.
June 17 is Father's Day in The United States so the lovely bunch over at Late Night Stampers have chosen this theme for the current challenge.

    Clockworks

Dad's are one of the most important people in our children's lives, and in our own. If you are blessed to still have your father around, then make sure you take the time to say thank you for every thing he has done for you, sacrificed for you and all for the love he has shown you. I know with my dad growing up it was a bit of tough loving...lol...I guess you get that from a service man. But I thank him now as it is only in my adult life I know that without that tough loving I would not be the person I am today.

In honour of all our fathers, I would love to see you enter this challenge. Follow this link and show us what you have come up with.

    Supplies used:-
    Stamps: Clockworks, Morning Post Alphabet
    Paper: Very Vanilla, Early Espresso
Inks: Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Mini Silver Brads, Early Espresso Grosgrain Stitched Ribbon

Remeber you can purchase any of these products I have used by visiting my online shop 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And  make sure you join my Loyalty Programme before you shop so can you can start accumulating points.

    Thanks for popping by.

    Weekly Wrap Up

    Hi everyone,
I just thought I would pop a quick post together of all that has happened this week. There have been quite a few announcements, so I thought I would try to make it easier for you and collate them in one post.

    Loyalty Programme
I think this is the most exciting announcement ever, but then again I could be biased...lol...I have introduced a programme to reward my loyal customers. Just by buying from me as you normally do, you can now earn points to redeem at a later stage. More details here.

    New Catalogue Pre-Order
The release of the amazing new Annual Catalogue is only a month away. So I am now taking pre-orders if you want to be one of the first customers to get your hands on one. For $9.95 including shipping,  you will get a new catalogue posted to you timed to be in your hot little hands on release day. Contact me now to secure one.

    Retiring Product
The Retiring Product List is out. Stock will go quickly, so if you haven't already placed your order you had better so it soon.

    Single Stamps
Stampin' Up! have introduced the first of two different new stamp ranges - Single Stamps.
A few months ago we asked our North American Facebook friends what they thought of the idea of being able to buy single stamps ins...tead of a whole set. The response was so positive that we started experimenting with it in the North American Market. The experiment has been successful—so successful that we decided to try it out in your market too!

From now until 31 August 2013 (or while supplies last) we're excited to offer you five single-image stamps for you to choose from!

    Best Of Series
The other exciting new range of stamps being introduced is the Best Of series. For our 25-year anniversary, we’re bringing back some of our favourite stamp images from the last quarter century and combining them into 11 sets, whi...ch will release— one set per month—until April 2014. Even better, along with some great classic images, each “Best of” set will also include a never-before-seen image!
Have a look below for the stamps in the June release. These are going on my order too - you can never have enough flowers right??
