Father's Day just around the corner

Would you believe that Father's Day is only 2  months away. Let me tell you that time is going to go fast. I am on top of it this year and have started making my cards already. No last minute rush for me this year.....

Here is the first card I have made.

Narelle Fasulo - Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Featuring  the timeless classic "Westlands". I find this stamp always produces such a calming card. Perhaps its because the background is always made using sponging or watercolouring, so it has a softness to it. I used my aqua painter and the Classic Stamp Pads to make this background. Then just played with placing the stamps.

Oh I know I am naughty, I used retired paper and ribbon on it too. Oh well, what can I say? The stamp is meant to be the focus anyway.

If you want to make a card like this for a special man in your life, then these are the supplies you are going to need.

Supplies used:-
Stamps: Wetlands
Paper: Very Vanilla, Marina Mist, Chocolate Chip, Soho Sunbway DSP (ret.)
Inks: Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist, Soft Suede
Accessories: Antique Brads, Aqua Painter
Non SU: Brown Ribbon

And don't forget all the supplies (except for the retired are available in my online store 24 hours a day and can be delivered directly to your door.
