So guess what I did ! And Oh My it was lots of fun too. Some stamps worked better than others. I think I got carried away and ended up using all the packet...lol...now I need to order some more.
Here is one thing that I made and I am so happy with how it came out.
As you can see the clay star has some gold on it. I just used a Sponge Dauber and the Gold Encore Pad to highlight the pattern. I think it looks so cool.
Then I simply layered a star behind it using the Gold Sheet, and then stamped the I Love Lace stamp in the Gold Encore Pad onto Whisper White, and cut another larger star.
I used the Hearts & Stars Decorative Mask with the Gold Encore Pad and a Sponge Dauber on the Cherry Cobbler background.
The bundle of stars is mounted using Dimensionals. I curled the Merry and Bright sentiment banner using my Bone Folder and mounted one side with 2 layers of Dimensionals and Tombow on the other so that the curl effect stays in shape.
I love how this card turned out, and I love even more how the stamping into the clay worked.
You may also notice the Hexagon Punch in the supplies I used below. I used that to punch the ends of the sentiment banner. It is so quick and easy and you get perfect tails every time.
Here is what I used to create this card.
Thanks for dropping by and I hope you get the chance to be crafty soon.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle

ReplyDeleteStunning Narelle, I'm loving the star stamps, dies and playing with my paper clay too. I'm thinking I may need to get some more of the clay soon too.
