I have had this sitting on my desk unopened for over a week. I know, hard to believe right. Well last night I cracked it open and had a play. Here are some of the color combinations I came up with.
Aren't they just devine. I think these will be made up into cards for a class in the near future.
While I was crafting last night, I was also playing along in a virtual slumber party for one of the Stampin' Up! teams I am a member of. One of the challenges was for a card or project using Black, White and Silver. And since Watercolour Wings was already on my desk, I just used it. This is what I came up with.
I aplogise for the quality of the photo. It was taken late last night. The silver glimmer paper didn't come up as nice in the smaller die cut butterfly as it should have. But I am sure you still get the effect.
Now you can see why this stamp set is so very popular. It is just stunning.
