I hope you think this card is just a bit Tea-Riffic as well.
I have made this for the current challenge over at Freshly Made Sketches. The sketch is a very simple one, but I think sometimes that is harder than a more detailed sketch. The ideas in my head kept switching around until finally I settled on this.
Here is the sketch. As you can see it is pretty much a blank canvas. I found that so hard to work with....lol....the possibilities are endless. Too many for my poor brain to cope with..lol
I do love me a cup of tea. I haven't always been a tea drinker and coffee is still my choice first thing in the morning. Actually when I was in my early twenties and still living at home, there was a rule in our house that you didn't speak to me until I had had my first cup of coffee....lol...My mum even had a magnet on the fridge that said the same thing. And it probably even rings true a little today.
But over the years I have migrated to the good old cup of tea at times. And there is nothing more than having a cuppa before bed.
So when I saw the stamp set A Nice Cuppa, I just had to have it. Not only is the stamp set great, but you can bundle it with the Cups & Kettle Framelits and get a 15% discount. Bonus.
I hope you like my card and I have inspired you to get creative.
Thanks for popping by.
Cheers,
Narelle
