I have seen on various sites lately, a folded paper technique that is called either the Curtain Fold or the Drapery Fold. I am sure it has several other names as well.
So I decided to try it out. And for once I managed to work it out the first time without watching any videos or reading how anyone else had done it. Now that is a first! Normally my brain doesn't like to think too much past the basics.
It definitely must of been a rare moment because I decided to tee that up with an embedding technique. And what better die to try that with than the Rose Gardens Thinlits Die. Here is the card I made.
Can you spot the sneak peek of something coming in the new Catalogue?
The embedding technique was lots of fun and I now have so many ideas running through my head using it.
I love how this card came together. I think the two techniques used on this card work well together. So I have scheduled a class using both these techniques in June. I would love to see you there.
Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle
