Jar of Love

Mason jars are so 'in' these days. I see them everywhere being used for all sorts of purposes including vases and drink glasses, and the more unusual including terrariums and snow globes. Some are painted, others tinted and the rest left clear but fancied up with lots of ribbon and lace.

So as soon as I saw the Jar of Love stamp set in the catalogue, I had to have it. Natutally I was thrilled to see it as this weeks theme over at What Will You Stamp?, and just had to play along.

I had seen earlier in the week a beautiful window display of mason jars. They were all pastel pinks and blues that were used as vases containing the most gorgeous peonies and soft foliage. So this is what I had in mind when I made this card.

I had no patterned paper with the right design so I just stamped the card front to give it a soft foliage look which echoed the foliage in the vases. The card was purposely left without a sentiment so it could be used for many different occasions. The Hello Friend on the vases is enough I think.

And don't forget that during July you can earn vouchers to spend in August.
Here is how it works - You’ll get a $9 coupon (via email) by spending $90 in July. You can use the coupons in August on any item you want! The best part is that you can earn another coupon for every $90 you spend.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle
