Father Christmas

Christmas is coming at a fast rate of knots. I love browsing the shops at all the gorgeous Christmas decorations around. Yesterday I was at my local shopping centre and there is a shop there that always has such beautiful homewares. At Christmas time they transform the shop into a Christmas wonderland. I could buy everything in the shop, it is all so wonderful. It is all the old fashioned, vintage look stuff that I love so much. In the window they had the most gorgeous vintage Santa. He was my inspiration for today's card.

Here is the card.

Father Christmas - Simply Stamping with Narelle - available here -

The stamp set I have used is called Father Christmas. I added a few ink splatters to give a more aged look. The swirls were stamped in Real Red, and the Christmas Greetings plus some of the border was covered in Fine Tip Glue Pen to give it a glossy coating.
Here is the stamp set in case you haven't seen it before.
