Can you believe that Easter is only 3 weeks away. I love Easter purely because I love chocolate. And it gives me an excuse to break my diet.....lol.
As I haven't actually purchased any easter stamps this year...I know....how could I.... when I decided to do an easter card I had to think long and hard about what I could use. Then I saw an idea somewhere using ovals and circles. So that's what I did, using the Stitched Shapes Framelits.
I love my little bunny peeking through the long grass. I bet he is looking for those easter eggs.
The bunnies face was stamped using the Playful Pals Photopolymer stamps. I hand drew the whiskers with the Black Stampin' Write Marker. The easter eggs were made by cutting out a circle using the framelits and then putting the framelit partially back over the circle so that it cuts an oval. The designs on the easter eggs were stamped using the Playful Pals stamp set. The grass was cut using the Fringe Scissors. Happy Easter is stamped from the Crazy About You stamp set. To see the complete list of producs I have used, make sure you check out the product list at the bottom of the page.
There is still time to get all your crafting supplies for Easter. Here are some other great items that you can create with to make some awesome easter gifts.
Actually when I put this list together, I realised that I already own a few sets that have easter greetings in them. That's what happens when you have so many sets, oops. So that means you can expect more easter cards in the near future.
