Welcome to the ESAD Eastern Palace Suite Blog Hop. Today we are featuring a whole array of amazing products featuring the newly released Eastern Palace Suite.
This suite is just so rich and exotic, just as the name suggests. It contains a wonderful and versatile stamp, the most rich and extravagant patterned paper, superbly detailed thinlits that are just amazing plus a great array of accessories, including stickers and tassles.
So sit back and be amazed at not only the wonderful creations you are about to see, but how wonderful this product suite is.
Here is what I have made.
The thinlits in this suite are just amazing, so I wanted to showcase them. There are so many of them, but today I have used just one. The thinlit is designed to cut the pattern into the card stock panel, but I found that it is just a tad smaller than one of the largest circles from the Layering Circle Framelits. So once the patterned die is cut, you can then cut the complete pattern out with a small ring around it. I then coloured this ring using a sponge dauber so it lifted it from the background.
The suite also has gorgeous patterned paper, some of which has gold foil print. You can see the Dapper Denim gold striped one on my card. I am a sucker for gold, so of course I also had to use one of the beautiful gold acetate stickers. These are so cool. I added a hint of Dapper Denim behind it to give it a focal point. There are also strips of stickers which are ideal as borders or details like I have used to highlight the sentiment.
Talking sentiment, the one I have used on this card is actually curved. But the beauty of photopolymer stamps is that they can be manipulated. So I straightened this sentiment on the clear block, and it bounced back to its curved shape when I took it off the block. So versatile and so much fun.
Now that you have seen my card, how about to hop along to Monique's blog to see what amazing things she has done with the Eastern Palace suite.
