Freshly Brewed Projects - Holiday Catalogue Sneak Peek

Welcome to another Freshly Brewed Projects from the Latte Girls. This week we are giving you a sneak peek of what's in the Holiday Catalogue coming on Friday. Yes it's nearly here, only a few more sleeps until you get to see all the lovely holiday goodies.

I know  you are probably expecting me to do something Christmas themed. Even though I was tempted, I just couldn't go past showing you a project using a different theme. Here is my card.

Painted Harvest - A gorgeous floral stamp set that creates the most amazing 3d look flowers - Simply Stamping with Narelle - get yours here - https://www3.stampinup.com/ecweb/default.aspx?dbwsdemoid=4008228

When you see  the product suite that this stamp set is from, you will notice that it is themed towards fall in the US, and we are heading into summer, but I just think it is too gorgeous to pass up. I have made another card where there isn't a fall or autumn  colour in site.

Painted Harvest - A gorgeous floral stamp set that creates the most amazing 3d look flowers - Simply Stamping with Narelle - get yours here - https://www3.stampinup.com/ecweb/default.aspx?dbwsdemoid=4008228

See how versatile this set will be. I love it and that's why I showed it to you today.

I predict that this will be a very popular set. I love any sort of flower, so this set was a must have for me. It is a multi step stamp, which means that you stamp once and then stamp over the top with another stamp. Then a third stamp for the centre. It is so easy to get a perfect image because you can see straight through  the stamp.

Now that you have seen my creation, pop over to the other girls pages below to see what they have created.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle

These ombre orchids were inspired by the ombre paper that is in the Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack. This whole pack of paper is just stunning. Incorporating some of the new InColors as well, it has a great variety of patterns.

This is the paper stack in case you haven't seen it before. It is 6" x 6" and packed full of patterns and rich colours.

Climbing Orchids

Today I have another card for  you that I made using  the Climbing Orchids bundle. I love orchids, so this bundle was a must have for me.

Climbing Orchids - Create stunning projects with this orchid themed set - Simply Stamping with Narelle - Get yours here - http://www3.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=143723&dbwsdemoid=4008228

Even though I have an Uncle who grew orchids while I was growing up, and he lived next door, I only ever think of pink orchids. So I went browsing the internet and found that they come in so many colours. I was particularly drawn to the green orchids with the purple throats, so this is what I tried to recreate with this card.

The new 2017-2019 InColors are perfect for this. Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst are just gorgeous together.

These are the 2017-2019 InColors if you haven't seen them before.

I love all these colours, and they all play so nicely together.

To order yours, and the Climbing Orchids bundle, go to my online store.

Delicate Orchids

Aren't these orchids so delicate and sweet. They remind me of Japan, and the cherry blossoms. It must be the colour of them.

Climbing Orchid - Gorgeous orchids created in seconds - Simply Stamping with Narelle - get yours here - http://bit.ly/2v7g4DN

I have primarily used Powdered Pink for these orchids. It is such a delicate pink, and very girly. The darker details in the centres have been stamped with Berry Burst.

The Climbing Orchid bundle I used to create these flowers, consists of an orchid stamp set and matching framelits. The framelits are the metal shapes in the picture below. They perfectly frame the stamps and cut them out perfectly when you run them through a die cutting machine. It makes the whole flower creation process a breeze.

Box full of orchids

Who wouldn't love to receive this wonderful card. Yes it is a card. I know, it looks like a box full of orchids. Well it is, but it is also card. Would you believe that it folds flat to post in a normal envelope. There is even a place to write a greeting on the back.

I have used the gorgeous Climbing Orchid stamp set and matching framelits in this box. I have an Uncle who adores orchids and has grown them for as long as I can remember. Even though this card is very girly and I don't think a 80 odd male would appreciate it, this is a nod to him. Actually I should make him a card using this set, but make it less girly, as he hasn't been well. It would cheer him up I am sure.

I have used three of the 2017-2019 InColors in this box. Fresh Fig, Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist. I think this latest batch of  InColors are truly beautiful, and they work together very well.

Here is the Climbing Orchid stamp set in case you haven't seen it yet.

I have teemed this bundle with  the Fresh Florals patterned paper. You have probably seen me use this paper quite a bit. That is because it is excellent value for money. You get 40 sheets of double sided paper for only $38.50. What great value. This is what it looks like if you haven't seen it yet.
