Making A Difference

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have something very exciting to share with you. Stampin' Up! is donating money to a cause that is very dear to my heart. Autism. You may not know, but I have a son who has Autism. Over the years we have had our ups and downs, but one thing has remained constant, our undying love and support of our son, no matter what it takes.

So I was overjoyed when Stamin' Up! announced the following.

We are all part of the #sudifferencemaker community! And with our new Making a Difference program, we are creating more opportunities than ever before to do good.

This year, our employee Heart of Stampin’ Up! recipient, Rett Christensen, proposed making our event theme songs available for purchase and donating the proceeds to Autism organizations. Having a son with Autism, Rett understands how important it is to support the community.

This is the latest song revealed last week at OnStage....I love it. Oh and it also has some sneak peeks of new products coming in January.

So thanks to Rett, you can own a piece of Stampin’ Up! history and make a difference in the lives of those with Autism at the same time!

Available Only from

13 November to 31 December 2018

There are Two options:
Complete Collection of Stampin’ Up! Theme Songs
$15.00 USD
Single Love, Live & Share It Today – 30-year anniversary song
$5.00 USD

Stampin’ Up! will donate 100 percent of the funds raised to the following Autism organisations:

Autism Speaks; Autism Speaks Canada; The National Autistic Society; Autism Europe; Autism New Zealand; Autism Spectrum (ASPECT); Japan Autism Society

There are NOT country-specific prices for this offering. During the purchasing process, the purchase amount will automatically be converted to local currency, based on current exchange rates.

Fun fact: Rett was also a primary contributor in composing Love, Live & Share It Today (along with a group of other Stampin’ Up! employees).

I was overjoyed when I saw that the proceeds from Australia will be going to Aspect. This was the organisation that got my son through high school. The support was amazing and without them I know he would not have progressed as far as he did.

So please consider making a purchase and making a difference today.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle

Cute reindeers with Making Christmas Bright

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have the cutest little reindeers to show you. Made using the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch.

Use the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch to make the cutest reindeers. Just one of our amazing Christmas products. See the full range here - http://bit.ly/shopwithnarelle

Now I can't claim originality on this as I saw the idea on another card on Pinterest. But I thought it was so stinkin cute, I just had to recreate it.

The reindeers are so simple to make. Just a punched light bulb shape using Crumb Cake card stock, then the Sprig Punch for the antlers. A cute bow and a red nose, then some drawn on eyes. So super cute.

Stampin' Dreams - Christmas

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I am participating in the Stampin' Dreams monthly blog hop. Our theme this month is Christmas. I love Christmas and wish it could go for longer. But then I guess it would loose its specialness.

With so many great things to choose from to make a project for today, I decided it was time for a card no stamping on it. I have a few reasons for this. One is that not everyone like stamping, and another is that sometimes it is great to use everything else and make it a feature instead of an accompaniment to the stamps. So thats' what I did.

Don't like stamping? Then how about making a card like this. Not a stamp in site. Get all your crafting supplies here - http://bit.ly/shopwithnarelle

I absolutely love how this card came together. And without a stamped image in site. The smoky slate background colouring is so far left field for me normally, but I love it on this card. And the chcicken wire element just shines so much.

I even used washi tape on this card. I haven't used washi tape in what seems like forever. But it was perfect here. And those cute little enamel trees....perfect.

Freshly Brewed Projects - Dashing Deer

Hello and welcome to my blog. It is time for another Freshly Brewed Projects from the Latte Girls. This week it is all about the gorgeous Dashing Deer bundle.

Oh wow this stamp set and the matching framelits are just spectacular. They make creating something stunning so easy. The 'bundle' as we call it, consists of the stamp set and the matching framelits. If you haven't seen the bundle, here it is below.

There are so many possibilites with this bundle. The stamp set without the framelits can be used to create some stunning projects. Add the framelits and a whole new level of wow is introduced. My card today uses both.

Create elegant Christmas cards with the Dashing Deer stamp set and matching framelits dies. See them here - http://bit.ly/2OxHz86

This card was loosely cased off the one on page eight of the Holiday catalogue. I stamped the deer in Cherry Cobbler ink and cut him out using the framelits The embossed panel uses the Tufted Dynamic Embossing Folder. The the gorgeous gold swirls at the bottom use the Delicate Lace Edgelits. The end result is a very elegant card.
