Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I am continuing my little series on Brusho. If you haven't seen my other posts, make sure you search Brusho on the side panel search. I think you will be amazed at the variety and amazing things you can do with this product.
Todays card is no exception.
On this card, I have used Brusho with stencils. I have simply laid the stencil on the dry water color paper, sprinkled the Brusho powder and then spritzed. I then carefully removed the stencil to reveal this amazing background.
As Brusho was my Product of the Week on my facebook page, I did a live crafting session with stencils. Here it is below if you want to see how easy it is to do.
I used different stencils in the live demonstration and therefore had to make them into cards.
This first one was done with a clouds template. I love how the clouds look really natural and not perfectly shaped like the template is.
Then I laid another piece of water colour paper over the stencil to mop up the Brusho coloured water that was on the stencil.
It gave a great look using the negative space of the stencil.
You can still tell they are clouds, but they look so different. Two amazingly different cards using the same products.
Then I used the brick wall template and was very excited with the effect I achieved with it.
This was my favourite card of the day. I just love it.
If you would like to know more about the products I have used, please see the list below. Each image will take you directly to my online store.
Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle
