Envelope Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a card and envelope to show you. So I hear you say, what's so special about that. Well it is an envelope and card in one.

My product of the week this week is our punch boards. The envelope punch board and the gift bag punch board. So I thought it would be fun to make some items using them. But when it came to the envelope punch board, I didn't want just a boring envelope. Not that envelopes made with this are boring, anything but.  But I felt I needed to pimp it up, so I made n card and envelope in one.
But first let me tell you about the amazing envelope punch board.

These just look like fancy envelopes, but when you untie the ribbon, the magic happens.

The card is glued into the envelope. So it becomes an envelope and card in one. These would be great for gift cards as well. You can add a pocket and slip in the gift card and still write on the pocket

Have a great day.

The Cutest Animals

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have the cutest animal cards to share with  you.
How can anyone go past the cute Animal Expedition Product Suite. Full of the cutest animals and fun embellishments, it is a must for anyone who loves to create for children.

I have made the cutest cards using this suite.
They are not your average card. Check them out below.

The cards actually pull out of the pocket. The envelope or pocket is just a piece of Designer Series Paper that has been folded and held together with a ribbon. There is no glue at all used on the pocket. I didn't come up with this idea. I got it from Ronda Wade who is a US demonstrator.

Here's a look at the card inside.

I got carried away and made quite a few. I couldn't leave the other animals out.

Did you notice that the animals aren't stamped. They are die cut from the Designer Series Paper. The dies in the suite fit the animals on one of the sheets of paper perfectly. Yeah no more fussy cutting.
