Hello and welcome to my blog. It is time for another Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop. Today it is all about Anniversaries.
This theme is very apt as demonstrators around the world are gearing up for Stampin' Up!'s 30th Anniversary. It is a very exciting time and will be celebrated at our yearly gathering in November.
Anniversaries can be celebrated for all sorts of occasions. Weddings, work start dates, friendships and many more occasions, including the 2nd Anniversary of our little Global Stamping Friends Blog Hop. They are mostly a time of happiness and reminiscing. I wanted to embrace that happy mood in the card I made.
I turned to a favourite stamp set for this one. Best Birds. I was actually inspired by some birds that were feeding in my backyard, but somehow a bird never made it onto the card.
The wreath was quite easy to create with the branch stamp from the set. I placed the part of the stamp that I wanted on my project on the front of the acrylic block, and wrapped the rest of it around the back. I love that photopolymer stamps are so flexible. It makes getting creative like this so much easier.
Now that you have seen my project, it is time to see what Amanda has done.
