Freshly Brewed Projects - Dandelion Wishes

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today it is time for another Freshly Brewed Projects from the Latte Girls. And this time it is all about the wonderful Dandelion Wishes stamp set.

The Dandelion Wishes stamp is absolutely gorgeous and was very close to the top of my shopping list when I first saw it when the catalogue was released. Looking at it brings back many happy childhood memories. Picking them in the grass and blowing them. Until of course my Dad saw me. Then I was in trouble for spreading the little fronds. He was very particular about his lawn and hated these or any weed growing in it. It didn't stop me though, I just did it when he wasn't looking.

Have you seen this stamp set yet? It has a couple of beautiful dandelion stamps and some wonderful sentiments in an amazing font.

I decided to match this set to the wonderful Bokeh Dots background stamp. But then I couldn't decide which colour to use. So I made two. Which is your favourite?

Once I stamped the background, I then stamped the Dandelion Wishes but thought the card lacked something. So I decided to draw a frame.

But  then I found I had nowhere to put my sentiment. Sigh... Can you tell I don't plan things out, I just make as I go. So white embossing powder to the rescue and the Pretty Label Punch, and I had a sentiment. Then I found some matching ribbon, and the card was complete.
