Beautifully Detailed Meets Floral Romance

Hello and welcome. Today  I have a scrap page to share with you of my late Nana. She was a very special person to me, so when I recently came across this photo of her, I knew I had to use something very special on the page. I actually used two special products, but more on that later, first here is the page.

I love this natural shot of my Nana. She was visiting for my Mums birthday and was sitting at the dining table at my parents house so I just snapped the photo. I deliberately left the date on the photo so I could remember when it was. It was 1998, three years before she passed.

My Nana was very special and I have so many wonderful memories to reflect on. Like I said earlier, I knew I needed to use something special for this page. The first thing that came to mind was the Beautifully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper. That is the swirly overlay in the background. It is amazing and has so much included in the pack. If you love this paper then you had better get it soon as it retires at the end of May 2019.

The other special product that came to mind when I sat down to do this page, was the Floral Romance Specialty Designer Series Paper. This paper pack is amazing! Not only is the colour palette so pretty, and the floral designs amazing, but two of the patterns are actually vellum. The top two in the picture below are vellum sheets, and oh so pretty.

Aren't they simply devine! I used the two vellum papers on my layout as I thought they were the perfect soft and pretty touch I wanted.

This paper is part of the Floral Romance Product Suite which contains the amazing stamp set called  Wonderful Romance. Besides the doilies and a few small items, this stamp set is the only embellishment I used on this page. It's large floral spray makes quite a statement and I didn't want to overwhelm the page as there was already a lot going on. Here are some close ups of the floral sprays which I coloured with Stampin' Blends.

I hope this page has inspired you to create a special memory of someone in your life.

To purchase any of the products I have used, please see the list below. Note that some of the items may be unavailable as they are retiring and may sell out.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle
