Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop

Hello and welcome. Today it is time for another Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. This time around we are highlighting our favourite Designer Series Paper. There is so much beautiful paper in the catalogue, that it is hard to pick just one. But because I love flowers so much, I decided that I just needed to highlight one of the floral papers. So I chose  the gorgeous Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper. Here is what I made.

This paper reminds me of the flower press I had when I was a small girl. My Nana gave it to me one Christmas and I went crazy pressing all the flowers I could find. I don't remember ever using any of the flowers I pressed, but I do remember being really impatient and checking on them every few days.

I used the Designer Series Paper on the card front and then just added a floral frame and a sentiment oval. I really wanted the paper to be seen, so thought this was an easy way for a lot of it to be seen.

Now that you have seen my project, it is time to see what every one else has made.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.

  1. I love this Narelle! I think this is the 1st time I have seen the dies used. I think I need them. TFS

  2. Wow, love it . I feel transported back in time to a more elegant era.

  3. What an unexpected combination of paper and die - until I saw your creation I would have thought "too busy", but you card is stunning, perfect combination to the eye.

  4. What beautiful DSP. Love the crisp, white die against it.

  5. Absolutely beautiful, Narelle! LOVE everything about it. Thanks for the inspiration. xx

  6. There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment?s pleasure, for the rest of their lives. online Shopping in pakistan
