Ink & Inspiration - Focus on Tools

Hello and welcome. It  is time for the Ink & Inspiration blog hop. This time around we are focusing on tools. Stampin' Up! have so many amazing tools. From our trimmer, dies and punches to our Stamparatus and colouring tools. We have something for all your crafting needs.

For today's project I decided to focus on the Stamparatus tool. This is an amazing stamping platform that is perfect for getting precision alignment, multiple stamping of the same thing and so much more. Today I used the hinge step technique to create a background.

The hinge step technique is so easy to do. It works best on a stamp like the one I have used from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set. You want to choose a stamp that will be easy to create rows with. Start by placing the stamp at the top of your card stock, ink it up and stamp. Then just lift the acrylic plate out and move it down a hinged slot. Stamp again and repeat all the way down your card stock. So much fun and the results are pretty cool too.

Now that you have seen  my creation, it is time to see what everyone else has made.

You can purchase all the supplies I have used on this card in my online store.
