Flowers for Every Season Sampler

Hello and welcome. It is time for another Blogging with Friends Blog Hop. Our theme this time around is Anything But a Card. You know I have got so used to just making cards, that I was struggling with this theme for a while. I think I have become accustomed to how quick cards are to make, and the thought of having to spend longer on a project was a bit daunting.

So I sat and thought about what I would like to me that I would enjoy. And I decided that I would like something for me. Something I can hang in my office that would put a smile on my face every day I saw it. Then the thought of doing a sampler sprang to mind. I am a flower lover, if you cant tell by the look of my blog, so I instantly knew I wanted to use the Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper. This is what I came up with.

I wanted something for the middle and the Bloom & Grown card from Memories and More card pack was perfect.

I must admit, samplers are not that easy to do. Well for me anyway. It isn't perfect, but for a first time sampler, I think it's ok. There are afew squares whre the label gets lots in the pattern of the paper. I may change it a litle yet, but for now it will happily hang on my wall and put a smile on my face every day.

. I just love the word stickers in the Memories & More card pack. It meant that this was a no stamp project. Here's a few close ups of a couple of the squares.

Now that you have seen my creation, it is time to see what everyone else has made.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle
