Wishes & Wonder Gift Card Holder

Hello and welcome. Today  I wanted to get you thinking about Christmas and gift giving. I know you might be saying you aren't ready for Christmas yet, but in reality it's next month. And we all know how that time will fly. So today I have a quick and easy gift card holder that you can make in advance.

I find gift cards a very under whelming looking gift. I mean they could be worth hundreds of dollars, but to just have them fall out of an envelope or Christmas card, seems to under value there worth. So jazz them up with a gift card holder like this and watch the faces glow with excitement before they even open it.

It really isn't hard to make. Just take a piece of card stock which measures 9" x 4 1/4" . Score along the lone side at 3" and 7". Add tape to the sides of the smallest flap. Fold the flap up to make the pocket for the gift card. Fold the top flap down.  Now just grab a piece of card stock or patterned paper, and wrap it around the gift card holder. Secure the band together but do not adhere it to the gift card holder. This is the belly band that you slid off and on to hold the gift card holder closed. Easy peasy!

Now decorate it as you desire.

This has to be the easiest gift card holder to make. Perfect for those last minute gifts too.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
