Enjoy The Moment

Hello and welcome. It is time for another Freshly Brewed Projects. Our theme this time around is 3D stamping. I love learning or revisiting techniques and this is a great one. So easy to do and looks so effective.

If you don't know what 3D stamping is, then let me explain. You start by stamping your image in a dark ink, like black or a dark brown. Then you restamp your image in a lighter colour and offset it just a little. The idea is that the dark background stamp is meant to look like a shadow, as if your top image is raised from the card stock. It is really clever and easy to do. If you use the Stamparatus then it is even easier as there is no guess work for how far your top image will be offset.

Here is what I made.

I used the Stamparatus when making mine. The back image was stamped in Early Espresso and the top image was stamped in versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. You may not recognise the stamp set I have used. That is because it is a new one coming in the January- June Mini Catalogue. It is called Enjoy The Moment and is a great set full of wonderful images of different images of seed pods. It is really unique and great for masculine cards.

Now that you have seen what I have made, it is time to see what Leonie has made.

Here is the list of everyone hopping along today.
