Gift Wrapped

Hello and welcome. Today I am participating in the Stampin' For Christmas Monthly Blog Hop. As the name suggests, each month of the year, we make a Christmas card and share it with you all. I think this is a great idea as it helps make a dent on the cards we have to make at Christmas time. Theoretically we should have at least twelve cards in our stash.

For my card today I have used the Gift Wrapped Bundle. I love that the stamp set has a matching punch. Using a punch instead of dies, make the cards quicker to assemble. Plus you can do it anywhere, even while sitting on the lounge watching television.

If you want to add the effect of ribbon but don't have any that matches the card you are making, you can use strips of patterned paper like I have done. You still get the same effect but it is much more economical.

Now that you have seen my card, it is time to see what Laura has made.

Here is a complete list of everyone hoping along.
