To A Wild Rose

Hello and welcome. Today I am diving back into the Annual Catalogue to feature a beautiful stamp set - To A Wild Rose. You know I love flowers, and this is a beauty. It is a three step stamp. Stamp the outline and then stamp the two colour fill ins. One is stamped in a paler shade than the other. You can do any colour combinations you can think of. I used just the one colour for mine - Magenta Madness. The paler layer is simply stamped off onto scrap paper before I stamped on my flower, so as to give a lighter shade.

I wanted a bright and cheery card, hence the Magenta Madness flowers. And since I was thinking bright, I thought why not go bold as well and have blue leaves instead of green. To add more colour, I opted for a Daffodil Delight card base. Sometimes I just love to play with an idea to see what it looks like . They don't always turn out...hehehe...but I think this one is ok.

Are you brave enough to try something different like this? If you do, I would love you to share it in my facebook group here.

You can purchase all the supplies I have used below, in my online store here.

Thanks for dropping by.
Have a great day.
Cheers,
Narelle
