Simply Elegant Suite

Hello and welcome. It is time for another Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop. Our theme this time around is all about Suites. If you are unfamiliar with Suites, they are a collection of beautifully coordinated products.

The Suite I chose to create with today is the Simply Elegant Suite. I love the foiling on the paper in this suite, and the large big swirly stamp. Here is what I made with it. A fancy fold card.

The section of the card that has the sentiment and large swirl stamp on it, is a panel that folds open. The card front underneath then opens as well.

The top panel tucks under the raised section of the tag. So simple to do, but very effective.

Now that you have seen my creation, it is time to see what everyone else has made.

Beauty of the Earth

Hello and welcome. Today I have a double scrap page to share with you. I have used the papers from the Beauty of the Earth Suite.

I made this page as a design team project for Off The Rails Scrapbooking. The challenge for this month is all about Travel. Well with the current situation, all we have are memories of travel. So I found some photos of a wonderful holiday we went on back in 2018.

Here is a close up of the two pages.

I wanted to keep these pages simple as I didn't want to detract from the photos. The memories are strong with these photos, so once I do the journaling on the white card stock, it will be complete.

Why  not head over to Off The Rails Scrapbooking and enter your travel themed layout in the May challenge.

2021-2023 InColors

Hello and welcome. Today I am taking part in a blog hop all about the new InColors. I love all these new colours. I know I say that every year, but these ones are truly lovely.

Now for my creation today I could have just used one colour. But I wanted to use all of them because I think they all work well together. So I created a fun and whimsical floral card.

I had seen a card that was all rows of hearts. Each row was a different colour. So I thought I would recreate it with flowers. The top row is Pale Papaya, then Fresh Freesia and finally Polished Pink. The leaves are Soft Succulent on the top and bottom rows, and the middle ones are Evening Evergreen.

Now that you have seen my creation, it is time to see what everyone else has made.
